I picked up Shine for cold brew and it has become my summer go-to. The staghorn sumac berries give a tart, lemony tang while the lemon balm keeps it soft and herbal, so it tastes bright without needing any sweetener. Since it's caffeine-free I can sip it in the afternoon or evening. The loose leaves themselves are lovely to look at, which makes the whole brewing ritual more enjoyable. I get roughly 17 servings per bag, so it lasts a good while.
